The TXP ceramic cyclone utilizes the effect of the peak of the velocity field distribution in the cyclone on the rise of the flue gas, and the riser and the secondary separation chamber and the intermediate exhaust pipe are provided. The flue gas is swirled into the cylinder at the design speed by the inlet, and the soot is separated by centrifugal action. The dust separated from the top to the bottom settles along the cylinder to the ash trough; the flue gas rises at a peak speed of 0.6 around the cylinder diameter. Part of the flue gas with high dust concentration is swirled into the secondary separation chamber along the rising wall, and then returned to the cone through the bypass duct. The second separated dust is reduced to the same separation dust at the cone bottom. Enter the ash trough. The second separated flue gas is discharged from the intermediate exhaust pipe from the outlet. Since the rising swirling speed in the ascending cylinder is much higher than that in the main cylinder, the fine dust can effectively perform secondary separation. Greatly improve the overall dust removal efficiency.

The TXP ceramic cyclone is suitable for dust removal of various dry dusts. It can be used in high temperature gas conditions below 400 °C; it can be used as a production link for various materials recovery; it can be used for the purification of flue gas of 0.5-60t/h layer-fired boiler or as a suspension furnace.
