Purpose of Lifting Continuous Sand Mixer:
Lifting Continuous Sand Mixer is widely used for mixing
self-hardening sand of large cast iron and steel castings. It is a
movable adjustable lifting sand mixer with convenient operation and
complete functions. It can be adjusted and selected according to
different resin sand technological characteristics. The machine
mainly consists of sand mixer, walking mechanism, sand bucket,
electric pulling system and dust removal system.
Characteristic of Lifting Continuous Sand Mixer:
The upper arm of sand mixer adopts maneuvering rotation mode and
the lower arm is manual.
Pre-set multiple liquid material adding function to meet the needs
of different proportions of surface sand, back sand, new sand and
reclaimed sand.
Lifting Continuous Sand Mixer is easy to clean and maintain by
using the opposite open sand mixing tank with stainless steel
lining. The sand mixing blade is inlaid with carbide cutter head,
which has a long service life.
The machine head is equipped with head and tailings control device,
deodorization and dust removal device.
Hydraulic or electric push rod lifting, lifting range can be set
according to user needs
The upper four-bar linkage is adopted to ensure that the arm is
always in the horizontal position and the structure is compact and
beautiful.
Frequency conversion control start and stop of mobile vehicle can
achieve fast and slow movement. Safety system is equipped with
balanced counterweight, track cleaning and acoustooptic alarm
device.
