The machine is arranged in the production line to regulate the temperature of moulding sand. The temperature regulation is generally designed and manufactured according to the functions of cooling and heating. The heat exchanger uses a new spiral fin uniformly distributed over the steel pipe to realize the heat exchange of moulding sand. Thermocouple is used as a thermosensitive element to control the temperature of moulding sand to meet the temperature requirements before it can be sent to the next process, with water tank and pipeline system.
